Honk the horn to the beat of 'Shave and a haircut' and stop, one of the other cars should respond with 'two bits'. If your vehicle breaks down and the engine will not start, simply call 911, and your engine should be up and running. You can also kill more people and take their money from the ATM to increase the amount that respawns. You can repeat this as many times as you want.
